New Fee for Clients Using VISA’s Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) and Mastercom Collaboration Services.
Effective: October 13rd, 2023
The new fee is the following: 5,- EUR RDR Handling Fee; 35,- EUR Mastercom Collaboration Fee.
The fee will be applicable per RDR and Mastercom item.
The new fee will only apply to your merchant account if your account is enrolled for RDR and/or Mastercom Collaboration services. If you have not enrolled your merchant account for RDR and/or Mastercom Collaboration services, this fee is not applicable to you.
